Jeff is an associate in Weiner Brodsky Kider’s litigation group, where he advocates for clients nationwide in state and federal matters and government investigations. Jeff’s practice focuses on a broad array of issues arising in the financial services and mortgage industries, including claims brought under the False Claims Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state consumer protection laws. Jeff also has experience in Freedom of Information Act matters, managing complex e-discovery in response to federal agency subpoenas and civil investigative demands, and conducting internal corporate investigations.
