Andrea J. Kotrosits

Andrea focuses on state and federal regulatory compliance matters related to the financial services industry.  She regularly advises companies on state mortgage licensing and regulatory requirements including analyzing the risks and requirements of new products and business initiatives.  She often handles projects for residential, business purpose, and commercial lenders.  Andrea advises on and manages state license and federal approvals for clients during transactions or other business changes and when new licenses are required.

Andrea has extensive experience conducting multi-state reviews of legal topics impacting mortgage and financial services companies.  She also is part of the team providing general counsel services to the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea handled insurance and contract litigation.  She also has experience in employment law and was in-house at a financial services startup.
