Jacob is an associate in Weiner Brodsky Kider’s litigation practice group where he represents clients in the financial services industry in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions brought by state and federal regulators and agencies, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Jacob also defends clients in complex litigation, including actions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
