Allison is an associate in Weiner Brodsky Kider’s litigation practice group where she represents clients in the financial services industry in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions brought by state and federal regulators and agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Allison also defends clients in complex litigation, including actions arising under the False Claims Act.
