Michigan Publishes Annual Licensing Fees for 2018

The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services published annual licensing fees under three state statutes which regulate the conduct of mortgage brokers, lenders, originators, and servicers: the Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, and Servicers Licensing Act, the Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing Act, and the Secondary Mortgage Loan Act.  The fees will remain the same as 2017.  They will be effective from January 1–December 31, 2018.
