GSEs Publish Updated Interactive Version of Redesigned URLA

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) recently published an updated, interactive version of the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA).  The interactive (i.e., fillable) components of the redesigned URLA include: (i) Borrower Information; (ii) Additional Borrower; (iii) Unmarried Addendum; (iv) Lender Loan Information; and (v) Continuation Sheet.

In addition to the interactive redesigned URLA, the GSEs also published several updated URLA and Uniform Loan Application Datasheet (ULAD) supporting documents (e.g., URLA Instructions, ULAD Mapping Document, and FAQs).  The updated supporting documents can be found on Freddie Mac’s URLA web page and Fannie Mae’s URLA web page.

WBK previously covered the release of the redesigned URLA form here and the timeline for implementation of the redesigned URLA form here.
