Oklahoma Publishes Notice Regarding Changes in Dollar Amounts

Oklahoma amended Title 160, Ch. 20, Appendix I to reflect changes in dollar amounts in the Uniform Consumer Credit Code that will become effective on July 1, 2019.  A description of the dollar amounts referenced as “Designated Sections” in Appendix 1 may be found among the sections listed in the Oklahoma Statutes, Title 14A.
