OK Removes Duplicative Branch Office Requirements, Fees from Rules

The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit amended several rules to remove duplicative requirements for mortgage broker and mortgage lender branch office locations that are addressed in the Oklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act.  It also removed outdated fees for mortgage brokers and mortgage loan originators from the regulation, as those fees are already addressed in the applicable statute.  The amendments became effective on July 11, 2026.
