OCC Reorganizes Supervision, Elevates IT & Security
The OCC recently announced departmental changes, along with the retirements and promotions of several senior staff members.
Midsize and Community Bank Supervision will combine with Large Bank Supervision to create one group called Bank Supervision and Examination.
The Bank Supervision Policy and Supervision Risk and Analysis divisions will begin reporting to the reinstated Chief National Bank Examiner office.
A new Senior Deputy Comptroller for Information Technology and Security (ITS) will lead the ITS function and be elevated to serve on the OCC Executive Committee.
The organizational changes will be effective June 2, 2025.
