NMLS Policy Guidebook Recently Updated

The NMLS Policy Guidebook was recently updated to clarify certain work location items for individuals working remotely as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Specifically, with respect to the Individual MU2 and MU4 Forms, the updates clarify that the work location stated in one’s NMLS record should remain a licensed or registered location.  An individual working remotely under executive order, state guidance, laws, regulations, or any other pronouncement that has the effect of law, however, does not need to change their work location.

The updates also add a header to the Call Report section stating which call reports NMLS accommodates.
