HUD Seeking Public Comments on Changes to Two FHA Condominium Forms

HUD recently published a 30-day Federal Register Notice asking for public comments regarding changes to two FHA-condominium forms. 

HUD has updated the following forms on which it is seeking comment:

• HUD-9991, FHA Condominium Loan Level/Single-Unit Approval Questionnaire
• HUD-9992, FHA Condominium Project Approval Questionnaire

Comments will be accepted until August 31, 2020.
