Fannie Mae Releases Notice of 2021 Area Median Incomes

Fannie Mae released its Area Median Income estimates (AMIs) for 2021 during the weekend of June 5. These AMIs, which are provided to Fannie Mae by the FHFA, are used in determining eligibility for HomeReady mortgage loans and RefiNow transactions.
