FANNIE AND FREDDIE ISSUE GUIDANCE TO LENDERS CONCERNING COVID-19

On March 23, 2020, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac each issued guidance to single-family lenders concerning origination requirements in response to the COVID-19 crisis.  Included in the guidance are temporary changes to appraisal requirements.
