Colorado DRE Streamlines MLO Renewal and Reinstatement

The Colorado Division of Real Estate (DRE) amended its rules so that MLOs need only submit their renewal and reinstatement applications in one licensing database—the NMLS.  MLOs will no longer need to apply on both the NMLS and DRE databases.

The rule becomes effective on November 14, 2025.
