MBA’s LIRC Conference 2026

WBK was well represented at MBA’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference in Miami, FL.  On May 4, Michael Kieval facilitated a conversation on “How to Maintain Compliance with RESPA Section 8” and Bob Niemi, CMB, facilitated “Federal & State Licensing and Reporting.”  On May 6, Mitch Kider discussed “Key State Cases and Trends”, and Tim Ofak spoke on “Trends in Consumer Contact and Collection FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA.”  On May 7, Fed Kamensky joined a discussion on “Special Purpose Credit Programs and Serving Limited English Proficiency Consumers.”
