M&A Regional Roundtable, Sept 21

Mergers and acquisitions are top of mind for many lenders in 2023, so WBK‘s Mitch Kider and Don Halpern and Richey May conducted an M&A Regional Roundtable. Sessions included presentations and discussions around important tax, legal, regulatory, and employee considerations, including those related to advertising contracts and leases, cybersecurity, and third-party risk management. The Roundtable was held in Englewood, CO on September 21, but a limited number of virtual seats were offered.
