Ryan is an associate in Weiner Brodsky Kider’s litigation practice group where he focuses on complex commercial and class action litigation involving claims brought under state and federal law.  He represents businesses in the mortgage and financial services industries on a diverse range of subjects, including the TCPA, False Claims Act, Sherman Act, RESPA, and state consumer protection laws.  In addition, Ryan assists clients with government investigations initiated by agencies such as the Department of Justice and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  He also works with state regulators to ensure businesses are in compliance with data privacy and security laws.
