David’s practice focuses on state and federal regulatory and compliance matters related to the consumer financial services industry. He advises mortgage lenders and servicers, financial institutions, investors, and other industry participants regarding a variety of regulatory compliance and transactional matters, and assists in developing new consumer financial services products. David also regularly prepares multi-state surveys pertaining to mortgage lending, brokering, and servicing in relation to residential and commercial purpose loans. Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate in a Maryland law firm defending financial institutions in mortgage-related litigation and providing financial institutions with regulatory and compliance guidance.
