Daniel focuses on state and federal regulatory compliance matters related to the financial services industry. He regularly advises clients on state and federal licensing and approval requirements and prepares multi-state surveys pertaining to mortgage lending, brokering, and servicing. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked at a trade association where he regularly worked with state and federal financial regulators on issues ranging from cybersecurity controls at financial institutions to the CFPB’s mortgage rules.
