Annalyce focuses on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters related to the financial services industry. She advises depository and non-depository institutions, including mortgage companies and homebuilders, on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and agency guidelines. She also assists clients on policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including the Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Dodd-Frank Act’s unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) provisions, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Section 5 of the FTC Act on unfair or deceptive acts or practices (UDAP), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
Before joining the firm, Annalyce was the head of FHFA’s Office of Consumer Protection, where she oversaw a team of attorneys and examination professionals conducting fair lending and consumer protection supervision of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks. Prior to this role, Annalyce served as Branch Chief for Fair Lending Supervision and Legal at FHFA.
